Weissdornbeeren zu Mus verarbeiten
Die Beeren aufgekocht und durch die Flotte Lotte gedreht
Ergibt einen dicken Mus, den man mit Zitrone und Honig anrührt. Auch das Wasser trinkt sich super mit Honig als Tee. Super fürs Herz!
Earm getrunken wirkt es super aromatisch und wärmt einen von innen durch. Es ist sogar viel dicker als Tee, und man könnte es fast als Saft bezeichnen.
Es hat einen leicht bitteren Beigeschmack, den man jedoch mit etwas Akazienhonig sofort wieder aufwiegt.
Die beste Lösung für diese kalte und dunkle Jahreszeit!
